Thanks to everyone for participating in the calendar fundraiser.

Jake Lessie is now our sales leader having sold 16 calendars.

Please bring the money for the calendars to practice tomorrow or drop a check in the mail.

The ISF Contest # 4 is Saturday January 5th, 2008 at Oceanside Pier.

PLEASE respond to this email to confirm if you are available to surf at this contest.

The Torrey Pines B team will be competing against San Dieguito B team starting at 7am.

The Torrey Pines A team will be competing against Point Loma starting at 10:30am.

We will be sending out the roster for Contest #4 next week.

There is a NSSA Open competition on the same day in San Diego at San Fernando Place.

The ISF Contest #3 has yet to be rescheduled.

We will NOT be holding practice on 12/27 or 1/3.

Congratulations to our team finalists at the Army Navy Beach contest on 11/10!

• Lauren Humann won 1st place in Girls Shortboard.


• Ryan Harrah fought through 5 heats and a couple of barrels to take 3rd place in Boys Shortboard.


• Preston Crowell with his toes on the nose took 4th place in the Boys Longboard.


• Cody Miller charged past the quarterfinal heat to take 3rd place in Body Board.


• Next contest on Sunday December 9th at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas

The Torrey Pines High School Surf Team had seven surfers advance to the finals placing in all five events at the first ISF contest at Ocean Beach on Oct. 13th

• Blake Humann 1^st place in Boys Longboard


• Eric Marin 3^rd place in Boys Longboard


• Max Ullman 4^th place in Boys Longboard


• Tim Senneff 3^rd place in Boys Shortbord


• Lauren Humann 2^nd place in Girls Shortboard


• Tanner Miller 2^nd place in Bodyboard


• Siena Buccigrossi 5^th place in Girls Longboard


• Lauren Salas and Chris Kafka also made it to the Reperchage heats.


• The next contest is on Saturday November 10^th at Army Navy Beach in Carlsbad. Please let Dan or Debbie know if you can make that contest. There is an NSSA Open contest at San Onofre on November 10^th and 11^th!
